why am I hated? no, this isn't some lame attempt to get you guys to sympathize or feel sorry for me. I've wondered about this all of my life. Its not paranoia, and its not some vague generalization. No matter where I go, what I do; a majority of people seem to hate me, for some reason I can't seem to pick up on.

Its a factor that's followed me all of my life, and I could never figure it out. People say its because of my arrogance and assumption about certain things. other say its because of how I smell when I sweat, how I look, or how I scratch myself in public and pick my nose to clear it of hardened mucus. Could those be it? I doubt it. people do other things that are so much more worse. is it because I'm annoying? that I come off as show-offish, selfish, self-absorbed, self-centered, conceited, cocky, arrogant, uncaring, unfeeling, apathetic and emotionless?

I really wish I could understand why I'm hated. Why people look at me like I'm evil. why people treat me like I'm not there, like I'm the source of all of their problems, and all of this shit. You could say I'm being paranoid. I could be, but I doubt its that. This problem has followed me all of my life, and its going to follow me till I die. I can't expect for any of you to understand what this is like for me or for any of you to understand me.

I've been alone all of my life. i really don't have much in the way of friends and the ones I do have, don't seem to care enough about me or one another, to try and make friendly relations. does my life suck? I don't know at this moment. I don't know enough to give an answer to that.

Well, that's my thoughts at this moment.

The motto of the lawfirm I work at.

People suck.

Why do people ignore me? why do people hate me?
It's a lack of perspective. It's a lack of ability to realize that sometimes people that are different from you are actually interesting.

Why are we given difficult situations? I have comprehended this many times. I think it builds character. If life were easy, we would have a personality with all the flavor and texture of a saltine cracker. Needs something to GIVE it flavor, and the texture is dry and unappetizing.

~you know you're hungry when you're trying to comfort a friend and you use food metaphors. -sigh-

Because you're so chalk-full of awesome that they just can't stand it!! >o<

Then there's always that thing that people do with hating that which they just don't understand :P..it's lame but all too common.

Also, in my own experience, people who just don't follow the flow of life and act out against the norm, or just plain don't care about what other people care about--are often shuned, hated or what have you. At least you can rest in comfort knowing that you probably don't want to have much to do with people who would hate you for no reason anyway :D

well those idiots may not appreciate your epic aura, but over here we love you and your work! :)

Enough action, it's time for talk!
that's because most people are idiots and don't like those different from them.
maby you're looking for attention from the wrong type of people...

That or they can't see you cause of the glow from your awesomeness or hear you over the sound of how awesome you are.(k done withy tht, flame me later...)

and yea' some ppl hate for no reason, just because they're bored... looking annoyed cause of it is just playing their game. Teasing is better. "you hate me? so what...?"
if you think your life sucks only cause of that... you don't know nothing yet...

eitherway don't seek apreciation from people that are different from you both in tastes or way of thinking.
some just don't mix.

stay up dude, never get down ;)

If you aren't remembered, then you never existed. True immortality starts with the first person that tell you "I will never-ever forget you."

In short, is what you're saying about people. It'd be nice not to have to deal with such idiots, but until I can get a career started, I'm stuck with dealing with the scum of the earth. at least it could be worst, I guess. I could still be at taco hell XD

Thank you for the metaphors and the advice :) *huggles*

that's a very good way to look at the situation, and you're right, People in general have always had a problem against those who don't follow the consensual flow of society. doesn't make sense why they do, but its there, and its a problem. Makes living life all the more harder than it needs to be, but what can you do? things like population control spring to mind, but that's a bit extreme and in this day and age, such extremes are always dealt with great hostility, even if the intent might be a more civil and logic route. *sighs*

and unfortunately, I'm stuck dealing with these people until I can get my film-making and multi-media career started :P but I can wait. Patience rewards those who wait as they say.
